How This Atlas Is Built
Feedorbitmosaic organises airport ground autonomy around the work being done, the people who remain responsible and the conditions that can interrupt a movement.
Independent, operational, bounded
We write for airport planners, ground-operations readers and anyone trying to evaluate autonomous transport without confusing a demonstration with an established service. Our subject is automated ground transport supporting airport operations: baggage, cargo, service logistics and people movement.
We are not affiliated with an airport, regulator or vehicle manufacturer. References to organisations identify research sources or operational context, not endorsements. This website does not certify equipment, grant airside access or replace local procedures.
How we read evidence
We distinguish a technical demonstration, a time-limited operational trial and a routine service. Each can be useful evidence, but they answer different questions. A supplier announcement may explain a system’s intended capability; an airport statement may better describe the local operating arrangement. Neither should be treated as an independent performance audit unless that is what the document actually provides.
We favour identifiable airports, original publishers and named standards over anonymous claims. Source links sometimes lead to publisher entry points rather than a permanent document. Readers should check the original publication date, reported phase, route and supervision arrangements before using a claim in planning.
What we do not infer
We do not assume a trial remains active, a reported expansion has been completed, or an airport-wide service exists because one route was demonstrated. We avoid universal productivity and safety claims where the denominator, exposure or operating conditions are missing.
Photographs illustrate human work and airport interfaces. Captions identify them as illustrative rather than evidence of a named autonomous deployment. No image should be read as proof that the pictured equipment operates autonomously.
Corrections and useful contributions
If a source has changed or a description is too broad, send the page address, the specific statement and a public reference supporting a correction. Please do not send confidential contracts, restricted plans, credentials or security-sensitive operating details.
Our material is general information. Operational decisions require competent assessment, current rules and the airport’s own approvals. Read the terms of use for the limits of this material.
